As the December Cambridge English examination season approaches, the classrooms at Tuhina School of English are filled with determination, concentration and a growing sense of confidence.
Our Cambridge English A2 Flyers students are actively preparing for their upcoming examinations through structured practice, guided learning and continuous skill development.
A Glimpse into Our Classroom
Captured during one of our recent lessons, this photograph shows one of our A2 Flyers students diligently working on a Cambridge English Reading and Writing practice activity.
The task involves examining a sequence of pictures and developing a short story based on the events illustrated.
Although it may appear to be a simple writing exercise, this activity encourages several important language skills:
- Creative Writing: Developing an interesting and meaningful story from visual information.
- Sentence Construction: Organising ideas into clear, grammatically appropriate sentences.
- Vocabulary Application: Selecting suitable words to describe characters, actions and events.
- Story Sequencing: Understanding how events unfold and connecting them logically.
- Independent Thinking: Interpreting pictures and expressing ideas using their own words.
- Examination Familiarity: Building confidence through practice with Cambridge-style questions.
More Than Just Examination Preparation
